MMe and my dad swear this house is haunted. Of course, my mother will have no idea about this. My dad was sleeping and heard footsteps in high heels across the room. I know it's true because I've heard it too. Dad thought Mom was trying to scare him. He waited until she was really close to him. He was cool! He turned around and tried to scare my mom, he shouted raaaawwwww and no one was there! A few nights later we heard it again. He waited until it was really close and held really still, he felt cool again! The cover was then pulled closer to the neck. He waited until the footsteps got a little further away, then he turned around and there was no body there!
We see the curtains in the corridor constantly moving and things falling in the middle of the night. Whatever it is, I don't think it wants to hurt us. It must have been Mom because she covers us at night if she's uncovered.
