Yes it can happen with only one life but realistically it will take thousands before you can get out of the wheel of reincarnation. There are many worlds back home and so you have lost your way by reincarnating here.

Every time you have offspring here – you are adding more lives to the reincarnation wheel of pain. Your life here is only about 2 to 3 minutes (Soul Time) of your time so make the best of it as it goes by speedy. The soul grows spirituality the more it suffers here.
