This is impossible to answer as we are using our .0001 of our conscious mind that is in a human state now. I believe you would be energy of lightweight and would be united with the Creator.

Essentially this is who you are constrained by your body. Your body is the vehicle of materialistic expression. There are certain techniques you can employ like OOBE’s in order to believe. Just as you walk and have mobility, and so do the same exercises to attain spiritual growth.
