Former CIA analyst Electronic Intelligence (Elint) John Ramirez, who spent 25 years following radar signals and rocket systems, reveals engaging details about UFOs (UAPS) and government secrecy. His key message: “You do not control disclosure, they do it. They may appear tomorrow.”
His work focused on the analysis of radar signals from rocket systems to understand their capabilities, as well as determining how the car engine works, listening to its sound.
Ramirez in an interview on area 52 revealedthat he monitored radar systems detected unusual signals during Soviet ballistic missiles.
“The systems that were assigned to me detected anomal signatures when they followed the ballistic missiles of their own production. They were accompanied by strange lights, strange objects,” he said.
They were called “light domes” by a foreign technology department (FTD), appearing as orange balls with a 600-nanometer wavelength. Imagine, for example, seeing mysterious glowing balls after launching a rocket, perceptible only by specialized equipment.
He described the Soviet radar, NEMAN-P, designed for anomal atmospheric tests. Before starting the missiles, this radar activates and sometimes followed objects that cannot be identified.
“Sometimes the radar collected something different and began to follow nothing that we could determine that there was something that was interesting for the Soviets in their space,” noted Ramirez. These items, unlike typical aircraft, performed maneuvers that would destroy conventional aircraft, excluding human technology.

Ramirez confirmed that the CIA maintained the ongoing UFO investigation program. “The CIA has never stopped its own project to investigate UFOs,” he said. Around 2003–2004, the ORB working group was created, headed by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), with the participation of CIA, Dia, NSA and performers. This group studied balls detected in NGA data, which indicates a coordinated effort between intelligence agencies.
“So if you have an UFO drive system operating textbook, he tells me that someone has developed some craft,” he said. This dense manual suggested ten years of research on non-human technology, pointing to engineering efforts.
On the subject of foreign DNA, Ramirez said that the CIA collected and seized extraterrestrial DNA, finding markers similar to man. “Oh, there are markers that look very human. Human hybrids. What looks like a stranger for some reason, has human genetic markers in its DNA and genome,” he said.
Gerald Haynes, a colleague, noticed: “From the time of World War II, after World War II, we were interested in a foreign DNA, especially found in humans.” The CIA reportedly traced DNA in some US families, especially in the northeast, probably before the start of congress supervision in the mid -seventies.
“The CIA had a program to track this foreign DNA in some families in the United States,” he said.
Ramirez also mentioned underwater operations to recover facilities, although it was not fully informed because of the high secret of the program. “This top secret information exceeds the Manhattan project,” he was told, pointing to his sensitivity. His colleague's unit conducted this underwater search, but the details remained classified.
He discussed a unique spacecraft, egg-shaped and not designed for landing, equipped with a radar warning system for detecting signals, such as the frequency of three Gigahera NEMAN-P.
This frequency seemed significant, as Ramirez noted: “Three Gigahertz for some reason seems to be a magical wavelength.” Russian efforts, led by a retired general, apparently used this frequency to lure UAP, interacting with them through electromagnetic signals and even body movements.
Ramirez emphasized that Uaps controls its visibility. “I told them that no disclosure control. Yes, they may appear tomorrow,” he said.
