In 1989, several cities in Russia experienced a wave of observations covering many UFOs of various shapes and sizes. Starting from April 24, 1989 in Cherpovetsk, a man named Ivan Vesalova reported a huge craft, larger than any plane, about a thousand feet above the ground.

On June 6 in Konantsevo, several children saw or claimed that they saw the Light Light Ball in the meadow and a headless person. On June 11, a woman in Vologda reported a fiery ball passing through the sky, noticeable for 17 minutes.

In one side, about 500 people observed unidentified craftsmanship hovering over their neighborhood. Subsequent craftsmanship flew over the nuclear power plant and sent a radius that left a burn sign in the ground.

All this, however, was the prologue of Voronezh's “landing”. In September this year, hundreds of citizens in Voronezh saw the land of a spaceship in a public park. Witnesses claimed that gigantic guests had three eyes and that their craft and their uniforms were marked with the symbol X.

In the afternoon of September 27, 1989, several children in Voronezh, an industrial center with a population of about a million, played football in a local park, when a giant red ball with a diameter of 30 feet with a diameter of 30 feet landed.

The huge crowd quickly gathered. Suddenly the hatch opened in the craft, and two creatures came out. One was a miniature figure that looked like robots, the other was gigantic humanoids (height from 12 to 14 feet), walking around the city, perhaps visitors. The stranger seemed to have “Three Eyes”, he was wearing a silver overalls, brown shoes and a round disk on his chest.

Because there were so many witnesses, and due to the previous wave of observation, the event caused a huge impression. TASS Information Agency raised history and soon it was news on the first page around the world.

According to Tassa and a report in Gazeta Sovetskaya, Kultura, two boys and girls from a local school – Vasya Surin, Zhenya Blinov and Yuliya Sholokhova – played in the park in a heated evening of September 27, when suddenly, in the mid -sixth, in the middle of the sixth. The crowd gathered: “And they clearly saw the hole of the hatch at the bottom of the ball and the humanoid at the opening.”

Three -handed creation about 10 feet and fashionably dressed in silvery overalls and brown shoes and with a disk on the chest, disappeared, and then landed and came out on a promenade with a companion and a robot.

The aliens seemed to communicate with each other, causing a mysterious appearance of a shiny triangle and activated the work with touch. The terrified boy began to scream, but with a look of aliens shining eyes, Tass said that the boy was silenced and paralyzed.

After a miniature disappearance, all three returned, but this time one of the “humanoids” had at his side “something that looked like a weapon”-a tube with a length of about two feet, which she directed to a 16-year-old boy. The boy, whose name was not given in the report, quickly disappeared, but appeared again. Immediately afterwards, the aliens returned to the ball, which started straight.

The inhabitants of the city of Voronezh insisted that skinny, three -eyed creatures actually landed in a local park and went for a walk and that the seemingly fantastic report about the event carried out on Monday by the official TASS press agency was absolutely true.

Lieutenant Sergea A. Matveyev confessed that he did not really see aliens, but said that he saw a spaceship and “it was certainly a body flying in the sky”, moving without loudly at a very high speed and a very low height. To be sincere, lieutenant Matveyev said he was a bit skeptical when he saw the object for the first time. “I thought I had to be really tired,” he said. “But I rubbed my eyes and it didn't disappear. Then I thought that nowadays everything was possible.”

Vladimir A. Moiseyev, director of the Regional Health Department, said in a telephone interview that despite reports of universal fear in the city, none of the witnesses applied for medical assistance. He said, however, that “we are definitely planning to examine children.” There was no explanation why such a study did not take place after two weeks.

Mr. Moiseyev, like other authorities in Voronezh, editors of TASS, and even many of his readers, treated the report as a earnest scientific phenomenon. No additional men are assigned to patrol the area, because the department is miniature, said the service officer in the local department of the Ministry of the Interior, who identified only after his name, Larin, but said that the soldiers would be sent “if they appear again.”

The Tass correspondent covering the case of the mysterious guests of Voronezh, Vladimir V. Lebedeva, seemed offended that anyone would treat this story like a full seriousness that was given by the agency. In a telephone interview, Mr. Lebedev described conversations with dozens of witnesses and experts who examined the evidence and talked to the children. He said that there are about three UFO landings between September 23 and September 29.

In the latest development, not yet reported by Tassa, Lebedev said that Genrikh M. Silaanov, the head of the Voronezha geophysical laboratory, asked the children to draw what they saw. Drawings that are similar. He said that although isolated from each other, the children drew a banana -shaped object, which left the sign of the letter X in the sky.

Such descriptions, said Silaanov, were reported as typical for UFOs in the 1976 article in a non -existent American magazine. Silaanov said that the rock, which was reportedly found on the spot and described as not something found on Earth, was actually a form of hematite, which is in various parts of the Soviet Union. Although he is not a witness himself, Lebedev said he visited the site. “Traces were still visible,” he said. “I saw holes with a clear shape that resembled elephant traces.”

Several scientists have examined and did not find that it was all hallucination. Landing has examined a wide range of scientists, including medical researchers, psychologists, criminologists and others. It was discovered that many other people in the area saw and even photographed UFOs. Some witnesses suffered strange side effects, such as insomnia. Others have reported electromagnetic effects for their TVs and devices.

However, the most exhilarating was the analysis of the landing site. Depression in the ground has shown that the object weighed several tons. Radiation was found in the soil, as is the extremely high level of some elements – in particular phosphorus. Voronezh's landing remains one of the most famed UFOs in Russian history, and is still unexplained for now.
