Strange and inexplicable events in my house

Strange and inexplicable events in my house

Hthis is my first time asking for advice or comment on what I have experienced. Until now, I had just prayed and tried to move on with my life, thinking that these events had some rational explanation. I never looked for other people's comments because I thought it only happened to me. After reading the stories on this site, I realize I am not alone.

I've had a few things happen to me that seemed pretty strange – and they all happened in the last few years. About six years ago I was lying in bed sleeping when I woke up and sat up straight. It was between 2:00 and 2:30. I didn't even feel sleepy – I was wide awake. I slept in the attic. The strange thing is that of all the places my eyes fell on, it was the candlestick on the TV. It seemed like my eyes were drawn to this place for some reason. It was shaped like a bowl with shapes cut out on the sides, so that when a candle was placed inside, the featherlight came out in shaped patterns. It was silver in color. There was a window right behind me, and my curtains were featherlight and lucid, so some featherlight came in from the street lamp. After about 15 seconds of looking at this seemingly normal candle holder, I was amazed. I'm not sure if I was amazed by the fact that it was spinning on its own or by the pretty featherlight show that the reflected featherlight provided. Anyway, I stared for about 5 minutes, which is a long time to stare at a candlestick at 2 a.m. Eventually I lay down and fell asleep.

This situation lasted for about 5 or 6 days. Every time I woke up, my eyes automatically fell on the candlestick – regardless of which direction I slept. It wasn't like I was looking for it – it was like it was calling to me. I was never afraid of it. I looked at it every night for about 3-5 minutes and then went back to bed. But the last time I saw it, it scared me. I remember that night I wanted to be sure that what I thought I was seeing was really happening. I sat up straight and watched. Before, I never really focused on it – I just watched. This time I wanted proof. I tried to zoom in as close as possible without leaving the bed. It took me a few minutes to realize that the mount was not only spinning, but was hovering about 2 inches above the TV. That was the moment I was totally scared. I fell back on the bed and tried to sleep.

The next night I woke up again during the night (around the same time). This time I woke up scared and shaken. I didn't want to move for fear of seeing the candle move again, so I just lay there, shivering, until I fell asleep from exhaustion.

I would like to know if this is something beyond everyday logic or if I have some sort of disorder. I have many other experiences to share. I would really like to understand what is happening to me. Every opinion is very valuable to us. Until next time.
