Both are real but unfortunately in today’s mainstream scientific societies they are not recognized because there is no mechanism to measure them. These scientific organizations or communities try to answer these question by using today’s dialectical materialistic thought which is not capable of detection. They operate primitive techniques of Sight,touch and reaction which has no logical means to answer the unknown questionnaire.
I’ll tell you like this, when where a baby you learned to walk, talk and coordinate your movements. Now in the antique times there were schools dedicated to spiritual life that taught the art of manifestation. These were closely guarded secrets by the masters but were taught to select few. Just like how you learned how to move your limbs and Body the same should be done with the spiritual. Unfortunately there are no schools that do the same today like there was 15,000 years ago. The answer is within yourself and cannot be found externally.
