At the beginning of 2025, Harald Bernard Malmgren, a man with one of the most unique careers in American policy, gave a final interview. At the age of 89 and in the face of the falling health, he decided that it was time to reveal what he knew. Within four hours he spoke with surnames, dates, secret programs and secret technology.
The most shockingly shocking Malmgren said that in 1962 during the nuclear test in the Marshall islands, the US used a secret weapon focused on energy to lower non-human crafts.
