Held on the bed

Held on the bed

LAst, when I slept, I thought I had a dream, but now I'm not so sure that it was so real. It was like I was over myself. I was lying on the bed and I was stopped by my wrists and ankles, there was something very hefty on me. I tried to move and tried to scream, but I couldn't. Then, when I woke up, it disappeared and I felt very strange and I could barely breathe. I didn't sleep for hours, thinking what it was. Can anyone facilitate me and try to explain it to me. Also my cat is always sleeping on my bed, but he did not enter the room and did not sleep in the living room.
