Since I already had this multiple times in my life where I was pre-diabetic I can tell you it can be easily done and it is extremely simple to do this. You still need to continue with your Pills during this procedure. I am not a Doctor and I am not advising not to take your Pills (If you are). This will not be harmful to anyone that follows this as I have tested this on myself.

Follow This on the Bottom

Lose 15–20% of your weight – restrict you diet and cut your regular meal in a 2/3 of it’s previous size. In total you should have about 5–7 meals per day. This action will train you Pancreas to start to make Insulin again.
STOP with the SUGAR – You can eat Stevia or other Natural sweeteners in miniature moderation.
Do not eat Foods with HIGH GLYCEMIC values. You can eat Bland foods for a period of about 2–3 months like Buckwheat & BOILED Chicken and never ever Potatoes or especially Pasta! You will be super hungry but you can do it! Steamed Broccoli with Boiled Skinless Chicken meat with Buckwheat. Eat Buckwheat and stick with it – over period of time your Glucose will start to fall.
NEVER EAT BEFORE GOING TO BED: You last meal of the day should be at around 5–7pm. You don’t need food to sleep so you will be just fine. Just have Herbal Tea like Chamomile with MINT so you can suppress you appetite.
FORGET ABOUT SNACKING: Never Eat Chips and JUNK Food during this Period of 2–3 months when you are doing this.
NEVER GO LONG PERIOD WITHOUT EATING: We need re-train your Pancreas & NO this does not include the NIGHT TIME!
NEVER EAT FRIED FOODS: During this Period to retrain never eat Fried foods period. You will be able to eat them in moderation after about 2–3 months.
Eliminate Stress and take a Break
It takes about 2–3 weeks to start to see improvements especially if you are only Pre-Diabetic. Your pancreas is not dead it is just fallen asleep and we need to retrain it to start to function again.
