The soul chooses this and yes it possible but I don’t think many souls will do this.The reason behind this is because every one of us sticks together as soul groups. You have developed a karma with reincarnating with these same people and so as they move on – as also move on in the same direction.
You also have to realize that you are not the same mentality as you are here. As you think here does not mean you have made up your mind in the Spirit world. You are driven by about 1% of the consciousness from back home (through the Spiritual Umbilical connection) and so you are not the same personality there.
Back on the other side there is no time and so you are free to decide on what you life you like to choose. Some people will tell you God makes come down here for life of Suffering but it is not Gods interest to Judge you or convict you like many religions teach. It is your decision to reincarnate and choose the best life possible to make you go into specific spiritual direction.
These lives (On this Material world) here last only 2–3 min of your Soul time so make the best of it. As the saying goes “back in a Flash” – I say to you, that this truly happens. You will be judges according to your own laws that were set forth a long time ago, and so be careful as not to contradict yourself.
