Reincarnation happens to all people and even animals whether the entity believes in it or not. It is hidden from us and we must live our life until we pass the test of time. The purpose of reincarnation is so to pristine our Karma that we can get close to the creator and join with him/her. Once you join you will experience true oneness and be and live the creator and until you will divide once again to become a single entity. It goes on and on for eternity and never has an end or beginning.
If you believe in Allah or Jesus and so this is whom you will see when you Pass and go onto the other side. There are many dimensions and many worlds but not so many materialistic matter worlds and so these are sporadic. The Souls enjoy to reincarnate to these realms and have many roles to play. To reincarnate is a spit in the bucket for a souls and they do not care what they take as long as they can learn and change the frequency of their world to what the desire to be real for them. Some live in same worlds like here on earth and some others have a bliss that you would die for.
There many levels of souls or spirits some have powers beyond anything can be imagined. When the souls are venerable they will have Rings of Divination around them and lower frequency souls will not be allowed to look at them nor go into their worlds of understanding. The frequency of love that emanates from these souls is extremely intense and thus the lower class souls reincarnate as they want the same.
