I know that it sounds exactly like the paralysis of sleep and I drove as such for a long time. I would like to believe in those visits in which I only dream and nothing more. However, whenever I sleep in my home, it never happened. Not once. When I lived elsewhere, it never happened, but when I returned home, it started again. Never else. I kept it all for myself until my cousin came with us for a few months. He never had this kind of experience until he stayed with us. A few nights in a row he said that he woke up with something that suffocates him and could not move or speak. He didn't tell me until it happened about three nights in a row. He asked me blue if I believed in ghosts. I didn't say anything. Then he began to tell me what happened to him. I began to tell him about what was happening and I told him that I thought it was strange that it hadn't happened to me since he stayed with us. He was very frightened by the whole attempt and we started talking about her.
