HHave you ever encountered a ghost, creature or something paranormal but weren't aware of it until someone told you about it? I had this experience in the office when I was working slow. So before I start this story, let me dig into the details first. My name is Matt, I work in a call center here in Manila, Philippines. So, because we have to adapt our schedule to the country in which we provide services, most of us in the call center world usually work the night shift. So here's my story…
I had this experience with a little boy in an elevator. He was about 3 feet statuesque and always dressed in blue. During my break at 3:00 a.m. we always took the elevator and he always went to the 4th floor, and by the way, my office was on the 6th floor and I always said goodbye to him and he just left without saying a word . There were times when I tried to talk to him, but he just kept his head down and didn't want to talk. So I was afraid that I might offend him with my conversation, so every time I saw him I just kept mute.
So after a few meetings with the baby, I started thinking about some things. 1. what parents does this child belong to and 2. what is he doing in the building during these hours. So after a few days of not seeing the kid again, with any luck I finally had a chance to catch the guards on the hall steps and ask them about the kid. (because they usually made a routine round of the building during their shift at the cemetery).
What happened next made the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end! I told the guards that I had seen a teenage boy in the elevator and asked who he was and what he could be doing in the building at such a slow hour. One of the guards smiled and said, “Little Blue Boy, fourth floor, right?” I told him he was right and asked what was on the 4th floor. “Nothing!” – he exclaimed. It turned out that the fourth floor had been empty for 3 years. They also told me that sometimes, while making their rounds, they would notice a boy on the fourth floor running around the corners of the hall, and when they turned to see where the boy had gone, they would find that no one was there. I feel my face turn pale and my heart beat with fear.
I never saw that child again after that, but sometimes the elevator still stopped on the 4th floor and you could hear the little boy giggling in the icy, wide hallways of the Harrison Building.
