Almost all souls go to heaven but I don’t know whether you can call it heaven – maybe reincarnation junctions or something else. Each persons Heaven is different as each soul is not the same as some are more evolved then others – this planet (Physical Plane)is essentially a school where you are born and have many life experiences with this you can get a degree much faster then others.
Some people that are more materialistically bound may find it difficult to go to heaven while leaving their earthly possessions behind for someone else to play with…eventually then will come to recognize this was all buy a dream so they will leave. Some souls that are very stubborn and many often that never believed in the afterlife might become bound here, and become poltergeists, and even merge with other entities to create hauntings here.
I feel that there should be some type of spiritual schools setup to avoid these issues but this will take time for science to recognize that we never die.
