Transmigration doesn’t really happen as human soul consciousness cannot go into a mouse it can only give out a portion of it’s energy to do this. As general rule we only move upwards through consciousness of learning Not the other way around. There is a process where our master consciousness give out it’s energy and provides life onto something else – but to experience of it is not real unless it is guided for it’s brief period to experience a brief epoch of time.

So as per the Indian Hinduism saying if you kill a mouse you will become mouse is not really true unless again it is guided by master in the other realm. The true purpose of this is not understood as this has already happened before and the experience of it would be worthless.

The consciousness of human soul vibrates at a different frequency so the total allotted consciousness would not be utilized to experience a nothing. You can experience a time fragment of any animal but again this would be a brief experience. This in a sense this would be a creation other then an experience as the as our master consciousness is prismatic in nature and can create life.
