Retired rear adm. Tim Gallaudet, a former Navy meteorologist, also testified about another UAP film, captured during his lively service.

Gallaudet referred to the film “Go Fast” from 2015, in which the object expanded on the screen at an amazing speed. The film material was sent to commanders on the subject of “urgent security of the problem with the flight”, a warning about potential collisions in the air. He speculated that these beings could be extraterrestrial beings or undiscovered intelligent species, probably living in the lands of the land for millennia.
Tic-Tac incident is not the first of its kind. In his book Sweep Clear 5, UAP researcher Chris Styles, described vision in 1960 during the Canadian NATO mission, in which divers encountered humanoid individuals in the transmedium craft.
“They ordered us to the surface and told us to forget what we saw,” we read in documenting one Diver account styles. “Then the alarms sounded on the command ship and panic broke out.”
If there is advanced underwater species, Gallaudet believes that studying their energy sources can help solve global energy crises. However, the risk of contact remains unknown.
“We are sure they are controlled by something,” said Gallaudet. “We just don't fully know what their intention or their nature is.”
