At 9 am, when they eat, guest arrived Unannounced in what Jared described as a white van. Lenny went outside, and Jared watched his father interact with a stranger from home for a few minutes, and although he did not sense the story between them, their conversation seemed genial.

What happened to Leonard Neal Dirickson?

The stranger was described by Jared as a Caucasian man with a full, reddish beard who wore a baseball hat with words “without fear” printed at the front. It seemed that it was in the early 1940s, over 6 feet height and about 210 pounds. Jared pointed out that he did not give him a very good look.

When Lenny returned, Lenny told Jared that the man asked about the sale of one of Lenny's horses and expressed interest seeing the animal.

Before traveling with a man, Jared says that his father recently told him: “So he told me he would go with him. He told him to stay here … get karma and feed cow, and he would come back this afternoon.”

Lenny was to travel to Elk City in Oklahoma and to Mobeeta in Texas that day, although Jared did not know who would be their first goal.

Lenny was to come back later that evening, but he never returned home. Jared waited until the next morning until he and his family reported Lenny as the missing. After a thorough search of the house, the investigators discovered that Lenny left his uneven payment at home, but he had USD 150 or maybe less on his person on the day he disappeared.

Investigators later revealed that Lenny never advertised a horse for sale. After searching the property in which Lenny kept his stud, investigators discovered that Lenny did not come there that day. Each possible lead could not be raised by any valuable information, the police found no signs of fighting, no evidence of foul and body.

The suspect wanted for interrogation.

According to Jared and his family, the possibility that Lenny has left on his own conditions is unlikely. Lenny fought during his disappearance, both financially and emotionally. Lenny had weighty financial problems.

He was in debts, his credit cards were maximum, and his dairy farm activities submitted a few months earlier in December 1997 due to violent prices. Recently, there was also a painful divorce in 1996, which broke up the family with a bitter battle to care for Jared and his younger sister.

However, Lenny's family insisted that such behavior would be very different from him and that they strongly believe that he would not give up his family.

Jared said: “Me and my dad, we were together every day. Every day we went, we did duties and went to school. I don't think he would ever leave me and never came back to see me or nothing, because … we were close and I don't think he would ever do it.”

Lenny was also employed in a local metal company since January, and his family claims that he liked his work so much that Lenny's father considered him buying a company shortly before disappearance.

Shortly after 9 am, the waitress claimed that the leaf and other individual individual individual individual joint cafe in a local cafe. Clif Gann, inspector of the investigation office in Oklahoma State, talks about observation: “They sat there in a restaurant.

And the unknown man we are trying to identify was most conversations, and Leonard just drink coffee and listened to … human conversation. “The description of the man's eyewitness matched Jared's description and according to the waitress there was nothing suspicious in the man's behavior.

Six months after his disappearance, the man called the police, claiming that he saw Lenny at the Bar in Amarillo, Texas. He was able to describe the man on the phone in detail, but he refused to give him a name, remaining anonymous.

Before the local police arrived at the bar, both the caller and the man, whom he claimed, was Lenny Dirickson. The next day, the police interviewed the bartender, who worked there that night, who confirmed the story of the caller.

She apparently remembered how the caller was in the bar, but she had no other information. Joe Hay, a sheriff of the unit, said about this incident: “We had no reason to disbelief. I believe he was at the Amarillo bar. “

Lenny's case remains unsolved, and his family still keeps answers about the whereabouts of their beloved father, son and friend.
