This story began with a man named Marcello Pellegrino Ernetti (1925–1992), who was born in Italy. He was a respected Catholic who devoted his whole life to the service of the Church. He had many followers and students.
He was also known as an exorcist, one of the most popular in Venice, musician, biblical student and scientist. One day, just before the outbreak of World War II, he issued a strange claim that he was part of the group that created a time for traveling in the time that Chronovisor called.

Under their pressure, according to Brunet, Ernetti closed the Chronovisor project and probably dismantled the device. But the brunet himself did not really believe in the latter, believing that the chronowisor could be stored somewhere in the archives of the Vatican and perhaps they still used it secretly.
Much of what we know about Chronovisor was published in the book Brunet from 2002 Le Nouveau Mystère du Vatican. Because Ernetti died 10 years earlier, unfortunately it is not known which of this can be real and which is fiction.
