You can try doing Out Of Body Experiences (OOBE’s for Short). There are many excellent books written on how to achieve these State of highten awareness. You will separate from your Body and then you will know you are the Soul who controls your vehicle (Body). Read Books from Robert A Monroe and Williams Buhlman and you will achieve your OOBE and then you will be confident that you will never die.
