The incarnation of any soul doesn’t have to be in soon to be born future family members. Reincarnation only happens to when two people have great Karmic experience together but never has to be family — for when you kill your own brother (thy Human being) the energy has to given back. God doesn’t punish you — you punish yourself as it is the Universal Law!
