Can a soul die before the body?

The Soul cannot die – Never EVER!! The soul cannot be even killed by God Himself. In instances it can be divided into sections so it can re-start the process of learning once again. Fear only Pain not Body death as death of the body is only an illusion and No you don’t have to part of religious cult or church or temple.
