Does reincarnation mean being reborn with the memory of the past life or without?

There is absolutely no memory unless you apply certain means to extract this information. This can have devastating effect if the entity is not ready for this type of knowledge. People are in different states of spiritual learning and so this would be a shock to remember something from the past – nevertheless who the people that are (family members) around you.

These lessons must be passed without knowledge from the past. I believe in the future people will be able to remember just like before during the time of Atlantis and before. People must first reach that attunement (frequency or learning or understanding) first in order to remember past lives.
