The likely culprit is GAS stuck in upper abdomen and not flowing to natural spasmatic forces. It’s a tricky question as there are many Variables. Let’s look for example what would happen if you bit your cheek while eating. The muscles would contract and try to get rid of the lesion . The same happens in the stomach if there are loss of the protective Mucus layer that protects you from your own Acid!
The stomach will convulse and twist an turn trying to bring forth healing to the Area. The result will be upper abdominal wall pain and lot’s of Gas caused by Bacteria as the Acid is different or has been altered in way.
The Direct responsible organ for this is the Liver and the Gallbladder or Pancreas. The liver can be 90% destroyed and it would never be detected in Blood analysis. It is only when you start turning Yellow a condition called Jaundice is when detection is made.
Start with a Healing diet and eat 5–6 times a day 1/3 of your regular portion and Eliminate these Foods. Follow the Gastritis Low FODMAP Diet and you will get well in 4–6 weeks!
Bread – Gluten (Pasta) – You can supplement this with Rice Noddles as they less Food Allergenic for Gastritis Suffers.
Milk Products (Dairy) – You can Supplement Coconut Milk for this or Hemp Milk. I would not recommend Almond or Soya as Gastritis Suffers have problems with these as well. The Only Milk product that I would still recommend to take is Kafir as it contains almost no Lactose that Upsets the Stomach. (This of course depend on the Brand – So you have to find a Good Brand yourself)
Coffee & Black Tea should never be taken – Supplement with Linden Tea or Green Tea.
Eggs – Some people can tolerate this but until you do the Food Sensitivity Test I would stay away.
Alcohol – Stay away but in some different type of Gastritis it is beneficial as it kills the Bacteria . There is one brand that I used from time to time and I never felt any problems with it. The Brand is called Jagermeister and it contain 56 Different Herbs and tastes kind like Medicine Cough Syrup.
Avoid eating anything Sweet – This is difficult I know – You can supplement with Stevia For your Sweet Tooth. This can also mean your Bacteria are run out control and are starving you out!
No Chocolate Ever – These are extremely difficult to Digest and create a huge impact on your Body.
No Avocado’s – These are really beneficial but not for Gastritis Sufferers.
No Spicy Food’s – I know these are delicious but you have to stay away from them for your Gastritis to heal Quicker.
DO NOT EAT LATE BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP – The Last meal should be at 5-6 hours before going to sleep. I’m the Biggest Offender of this – I just can’t say NO!
