If reincarnation is possible, do we just keep getting reincarnated into this world, or could we get reincarnated into a different world where magic exists or humans can fly?

Eventually Karma will be paid and all will be learned in this World and you will be given access to reincarnate into higher resonate planets so you will be able to learn more. The reincarnation cycle can be into infinite but I feel it is not.
